Margaret is a director, scenic designer, and occasional actor currently based in Los Angeles. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television with a B.A. in Theater in 2017. Recent directing projects include Richard II and Measure for Measure with Method & Madness Theater Co., a classical theater company she founded with fellow UCLA classmates Will Block and Renee MacDonald. In January of 2019, she organized the company's inaugural Twisted Classics Festival to encourage fresh adaptations of classical stories and directed The Neverland Apartments, a contemporary retelling of Peter Pan. Margaret has also been fortunate to direct a number of world premiere new plays such as The Dark Horse, Good As New, and Class Reunion, and to assistant direct at established LA companies. She is passionate about stories that use heightened forms to tackle socially relevant themes.
In addition to her directing work, she recently designed Beauty & The Beast for Turning Point School in Culver City and production designed several UCLA student films. She can be seen onstage in 24th Street Theater's educational show Enter Stage Right.
